About Me

I've had the good fortune to travel often, and have lived in fourteen different places. Most recently, home is in Colorado Springs, CO, where my parents live with my younger sister and our dog. I study Earth Resources Development Engineering at Colorado School of Mines and will graduate with my Master’s in May of 2021. My research interests include diversity & inclusion in mining, interdisciplinary management, innovative mining equipment development & manufacture, and tunneling.

I graduated from Olin College of Engineering in Needham, MA in 2019, majoring in Mechanical Engineering with emphases in Communication, Geology, and Design. I've also studied Structural Geology and Geotechnical Engineering at University College Dublin, in Dublin, Ireland. I have held apprenticeships and internships in mining and mechanical engineering and jewelry, and teaching assistantships in mathematics and fabrication. Outside of class, I am a classical pianist and vocalist, a professional lapidarist, jeweler, and metalsmith, and business owner of seven years. I also love hiking, caving, and martial arts.
